not knowing what was said before the edit, or before the camera even started rolling she acted fairly professionally up until that line.... as a customer service provider she should have learned to not react in such a way. to see that the other customers in the room behaved the same way, its really really sad. I believe she should be reprimanded for her actions and he should receive a discount off the game at her expense

also about the customers,To see that people like that behave the same way out side of their gaming world really distresses me.
