Unrelated military question:
Mmmkay, so it's big news recently that North Korea has a small number of relatively small nuclear warheads. I doubt they put them in parades, but i was looking at those missile trucks and thinking about how an ICBM is so big they keep em in silos, so what are these things?

These just for pissing off Russia and South Korea? Or do they actually get somewhere?
