A MK-48 gunner is engaged in an intense firefight with 10-15 insurgents 50-100 meters away in Afghanistan. . An A-10 is called in to engage with it's 30mm cannon on the enemy positions striking several times. The date and location of this event cannot be released.

I don't know, but it sounds more like 5.56 rather than 7.62

It's a MK48 so it's 7.62. Take a look at the rounds, they're definitely 7.62 cartridges.
