That is NOT a wolf, it's a Siberian Husky, perhaps a low-content Wolfdog at the most. Tip: Wolves don't have curly tails. Google both and compare them, this doesn't even look like a wolfdog, and if it is, it's certainly not high-content, much less pure wolf.
Also, that can be pretty dangerous; whether this is a husky or even perhaps a low-content wolfdog, both have exceptionally high prey drives, so please be careful. The dog is treating the cat a bit like it would a toy, rather than a puppy.
