Dogs Being Sold At Chinese Food Market
They are being sold at the Food market in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China
There is no law to forbid consumption of domestic animals but selling animals or meat as food without government inspection is illegal in China but who cares ? How can they manage peoples diet ? they cant keep tract of thing what they are eating and what they dont

yuukiii (11/01/2012) [-] in china and some other Asian countries do not see dogs as pets. they see them as a source of food unlike the rest of the world. we may think is gross or wrong but w/e its not like we r forced to eat that.

ZeGerman ONLINE (11/01/2012) [-] I actually ate dog meat while on a trip to Xiānggǎng. I respect the chinese culture and I understand that people there see dogs as food, not pets. It's just taboo for western society because they never saw these animals as food providers/are reminded of the harsh times in history when ANYTHING on four legs was considered edible. Just some cultural differences, that's all.
