Medicament like people are saying is french for medicine. In portuguese is medicamento (pronounced "medicamentu (tu or too) not tou like retarded people try to pronounce). Apparently "medicament" it's also used in english as I have heard it a lot. Dunno if people use it in USA.

NOTE: The people in the video are brazilians, hence the quality of the video and south american look alikes.
