should be deployed in FOBs while at war, instead of normal tents in a base this would be better, build a base in a day....imagine the time saved

in my opinion a great plan yes... but if you think about it you're forgetting one main thing about surviving the upcoming Zombie Apocalypse you always need to have a second way out and with that shelter(effective as it may be) leaves you with only one exit and if you were followed back and they are waiting you WILL eventually run out of supplies and become traped lol

And for the low, low price of $31,600, one can be yours too!

Not too bad considering what they could be. I mean, I'd much rather take the 31 grand and buy a car, but still a good price!

Isn't water generally a precious commodity in places they'd do this in?
User avatar #6 to #4 - combatplatypus (10/03/2012) [-]
I was imagining it as a military tech myself-- insta-base, just add water.

would be cool if you had a skid loader, or truck to haul it in, an electric fan to set it up with, and water to coat it in. all of which would be fairly hard to come by in a zombie Apocalypse, but cool none the less.
#3 - anonymous (10/02/2012) [-]
this is very interesting. FOBs could be made in hours with water
User avatar #1 - Archolas (10/02/2012) [-]
This is good but couldn't be deployed in disaster areas which would kinda defeat the point of having a deployable shelter.
