This actually happened to me once. My dad was an A-10 pilot, and we were stationed in Arizona at the time. One summer us and a couple other families from the squadron decided to take a group vacation to a beach in Mexico (the single pilots got to stay behind). As we're all driving down the highway, two of the other pilots--knowing where we were--flew right over us. They swooped right by our little convoy in a knife edge turn no more than 100 feet away from us before zipping behind some hills and flying away.
The only way I can really describe it is that shit was so cash.

Very hard to say if this is real or not because that is a MiG 35, you can tell by the very distinct broad belly and two afterburners. The video would have to be VERY well edited to be fake HOWEVER MiG 35s DO NOT release exhaust like that, not only that but they are fucking LOUD, you would hear it after it had passes for a while before it was about a kilometer away. Not to mention the fact that flying at an altitude like that takes absolutely incredible skill but if you were to fly at that altitude you would be sure to stick to the raods to avoid tress at all time. Weird thing is though, there are only a handfull of MiG 35s in the world now. I would say probably about 10 - 15 so the likelyhood of this is so incredibly slim.

That isn't a MIG-35. It's an Su-24 "Fencer" attack bomber.

I don't know what you saw in that video, but there are some reasons it can't be a MIG-35.
First off, the engines in this plane are mounted on the sides, with a clearly visible shoulder. The wings are too narrow and swept, and they come out of the body too abruptly. The aircraft in the video is very narrow, and it's flying exactly as it should. It's a low level penetrator/bomber.

I live in Chicago, and there's an expressway nearby that has a one mile straightaway every five miles, so jets can be landed on it in case of emergency.

I live near Trenton Airforce Base, Ontario Canada and the biggest military plane flew over my car and the windows nearly shattered.
