he probably thought the person pulling out of the shoulder would have seen oncoming traffic and stopped, so the man behind the camera went leftward to avoid the car altogether. The person turning around decided to be a dumbass and keep going and now we are here.

When someone is pulled over on the shoulder, and then re-enter traffic, you expect them to stay in that right lane. Not cross the entire road slow as shit.. The guy shouldn't of crossed the road without looking, and the bitch should of used her brakes before hand, instead of trying to be a bad-ass speeding by him listening to shitty techno..

The person nearly stopped the u-turn in the middle of the road. The driver saw there was no oncoming traffic, so swerved to avoid a collision. The car making the uturn proceded, and caused the accident.

I am mentally stable, and the car was going at a speed where turning right would cause a higher impact collision. By turning left, they not only tried to avoid it but lessened the impact by moving with the other car, not t-boning it.

There would have been no collision at all if the driver would have gone right or straight while hitting the breaks

if the driver have reacted correctly she would never have turned left in the first place.

emotional attachments??? Anon pls... When you have a drivers licence you should be able to react correctly in a situation like this, even though you're scared or the adrenaline is running through your body.
The deal is that there would have been no collision if she had reacted correctly even though she was scared.
If she thought the car was pulling out in the same lane she should just hit the brakes cause the car pulling out would be going forward, so the chance of hitting it would be very, very, very low.
In a situation like this you should never drive into another lane because you don't have time to see if there is someone overtaking you in the blind spot that could cause another crash.
And if you don't know this you don't have a drivers licence or you shouldn't ever own one.

There are many russian people who jump in front of the cars to claim insurance/lawsuits. Many Russians do this to have proof. I think the driver was trying to get out of the way, thinking the other car would stop.

So the camera's like proof for such an occasion?

It's proof that it is the persons fault that they got hit and that they did it on purpose, so they aren't held liable.

A lot of Russian cars have it auto run while they drive.

Thought he was getting into the lane, so she switched lanes to pass. He then switched over into her lane unexpectedly, at which point she hit brakes.

Ok, she was in the lane the car entered. She should have just breaked, but she did what many other drivers would do, she swerved into the left lane without slowing, thinking the car was just entering the far right lane. The car then surprised her by continuing the turn, at which she reacted by going left again.
The car was pulled over, which was weird to begin with, so she should have been caution.
No one in their right mind would stay in that lane at the speed she was going.
