So there we have it. One man who sees the truth. One man who sees that our nation is so blind and ignorant that we truly believe that we are an island of freedom in an ocean of oppression. The world is more free than ever, yet we cannot, or do not see beyond our borders. Even within our borders we close our eyes. We close our eyes to the world. I think that America is going through a major culture meltdown right now because our eyes are being forced open. We cannot delude ourselves any longer that we are not the worst state in the West. We are a poor, stupid, lazy, ignorant, close minded, and brainwashed people. That is the problem. Now I have a solution. As an American, I see that most people are so entitled that they cannot see beyond the screen of their phone. I see that most people spend their day watching biased and ignorant television. Here's my solution. Get up. Get your fat ass out of your lounge chair, turn off the television, stop checking your phone, and go outside. Pick up a foreign newspaper. Stop reading about retarded celebrities, start reading about the world. We, as a culture, must adapt or die. We have gone down the path of every empire, a descent into lazy excess. Now that time must end. New England, and some of the Pacific Northwest, along with Europe and Canada have shown the way to a new future, though Europe's success is somewhat debateable. In short, look around you. So get your head out of you ass, America, because if we don't, our nation will fall into mediocrity and cultural destruction. Please, please, listen to people like this man. If you don't, then there is no hope for us anymore.
