Internet Bill of Rights(read desc)

Short news report on the US Congress working towards a "Bill of Rights" specfically for the internet. I have a question for everyone. If you all had a chance to make a suggestion of what a "BoR" for the internet what would they be. I am curious for all your opinions. Thumbs are not important to me I don't need/want thumbs I just want opinions. Thanks.
