Your argument is invalid
1. Every Battlefield game
2. Mass Effect 1-3 (Don't bitch about the ending, it was fine)
3. Skate
4. Medal of Honor
5. Every 007 game (Mostly Nightfire)
6. Most Burnout games
7. Dead Space 1 & 2
8. Diablo 1
9. Rock Band 1 & 2
10. Team Fortress 2
And don't complain about Origin. EA saw an opportunity to make more money and they took it. It is what any company would have done and it is the smart move. Who cares anyway? You're still getting the same exact game, Steam or no Steam.

Origin isn't good. At all.
Steam is really good just abit pricy but their sales are awesome.
I've been using Steam ever since Counter-Strike 1.6 and I'm comfortable knowing all my games are secured with Steam.
If I could buy every game for Store price on Steam I'd rather have them on Steam than in a Physical copy.

I never said Steam was flawless but in my 10 years or so using it I haven't had any issues with Connection related problems.
I can complain about Steam on many points
>Password Retrieval and Username Retrieval isn't as good as it could be.
>Joining friends via Steam can be painful with some games.
>Third-party Source games have some issues.
I'm not a fanboy but It's so much easier to enjoy Steam since it's had almost 10 years of experience doing it.
I don't have a burning hatred for Origin, it's just not good as it could be.

EA made none of those games, however they were responsible for publishing them.
That being said though, since they fund these games, you can thank them for restricting developers creativity, throwing on useless day one DLC bullshit, forcing game developers to put out the game at a set time, and other such restricting rules on great developers like Bioware or Dice.
TL;DR EA are money hungry whoring assholes and I think developers and consumers alike have enough reasons to hate them.

most 007 games really aren't good at all, Dead space is going downhill, do Medal of Honor games even still happen? but they were alright, Mass Effect has problems every step of the way (arguably equal parts Bioware's fault), the burnout games were good at the start, with revenge and takedown being the best, but they've sliding... Diablo was a long time before EA's decline. Skate is famous for having terrible physics and programming, I don't count that as a selling point for EA, more just for watching videos of the game, not owning it. Rock Band doesn't change, it just has different songs. Battlefield just needs improved server... stufff.. brainfarting on the words, but hopefully you get the gist. EA was a good company, but the longer companies are exposed, the worse games get. They're like meth for quality
