Wasn't a pedestrian, but I don't know what the hell he was riding. Either way, not their fault AT ALL. Pedestrians have the right of way in all circumstances. If they were riding something, like a bike, then they still have the right of way over motorized vehicles.

Actually pedestrians do not always have the right of way. If they are crossing where they should not and you hit them (providing there is nothing you could have done to prevent the collision) then they are in the wrong. But both people in this vid are in the wrong so meh. Herp derp thumb down teh anon.
