as you can see he gets up after the blast and if you look even closer he is wearing a EOD suit designed to withstand explosive discharges and protect the man inside

i've seen those sticks with explosives on before, they are used for smashing through the window so they can throw flasbangs or stuns in the bus. but it looked like the explosion came from the back of the bus, about 1-2 meters from where the stick with explosives was detonated. so maybe it was a training for some terrorist bomb shit and that the bomb detonated?

AWWWW shit i think i just figured it out! after he uses the 'stick' (which i think has a shaped charge on the end) i think he does a rollout and he's actually the first guy emerging from the smoke on the right, the figure appears to stand up
