Bending Battle!

Maybe if every firebender, and I mean EVERY firebender, focused all of their energy on it, MAYBE, they could move it a bit.

I can show no proof only that those are the conditions of witch it was told it can be used.

On those grounds, all bending is best bending.

Air: force massive amounts of air down someone's lungs, rupture them
Earth: bend all the metals (iron, magnesium, etc.) in the bloodstream into the heart, solidify, heart dies
Fire: start a fire inside somebody. Pretty self-explanatory.
Water: Bend the water out of them, they die from sudden massive dehydration

or with water, you could just bend it all violently outward
whats goign to scare the people that are fighting you more than one of their friends suddenly exploding?
