Something about car insurance fraud being very common in Russia.

There is loads of insurance fraud in russia, people throw themselves in front of oncoming cars and get hit for the money, or sometimes they pretend to get hit by the car and still get away with it, but the camera is proof of what they did wrong

It was most likely an insurance fraud attempt which is why the driver beat the shit out of him, it's like the most common crime in russia which is why theres so many cars with cameras in them

I don't think the driver would be penalized by the law, that's just straight up bullshit, I know the legal system can be foolish but that would be another level

I mean mentally, like if you are driving along and a child runs into the road and you knck them over and they die. It will scar you for life knowing that you killed someone.

There are ways to kill yourself that don't involve using another person, such as jumping off a building our shooting yourself. By jumping in front of a car, you create the possibility of ruining another person's life by getting them put in prison - and that's pretty selfish.
