In reference to your argument, put it this way. That woman who was taking a left. Would lose in this case every single way, according to the law, even if she repealed she would lose. that's the most important part, in the end. She's at fault.

The fuck? Are you retarded? The guy heading towards the camera was just driving straight. The lady pulled out in front of him so he had to swerve to avoid a head on collision. Think of if you're heading toward a green light. You keep driving right? Unless some idiotic woman pulls out in front of you, when you are supposed to yield to oncoming traffic.

Two shit drivers? Do you even have your license yet?

I do. The first thing i learnt was to not drive at ridiculous speeds through crossroads in what looks like snowy weather.

Its not icy, its wet. Look at the ground. Also if you watch people coming the same way as the lady, they are also traveling pretty fast, and have already begun braking before they reach the screen. If anything he might be going 5 over. It still is not even close to being his fault. The woman is totally at fault in this situation.

You obviously don't know how to drive or you'd understand that you would have to be retarded to go that fast through a crossroads in wet weather, especially when all other cars seem to be going alot slower. Yeah the old lady is the blame, but if he wasn't driving like a fucking nutter he would of slowed down before the crossroads and been able to react in time.

You know nothing about defensive driving.

All I have to say is that the statement above has no logic.

HA. Defensive driving. What a joke. I know 8 people who have taken a defensive driving class, and 5 of them have been in accidents. 2 of my best friends and me, who regularly drive 5-10 over the speed limit, and have never taken a defensive driving class, have never been in an accident. I'm not saying that thats always the case, but it has taught me that no matter what, no matter how hard you try, there will always be idiots on the road. Defensive driving or not, you can still get into accidents. My dad taught me to drive, and he is what you would call a "Fucking Nutter". Speeds, changes lanes often to get in front of others (never cuts people off though), and has never been into an accident. Its all about reaction times and knowing how to control your vehicle.

And if my Uncle had tits he'd be my Aunt. What are you on about? Defensive driving isn't some class you take - its about how you drive on the road. For instance if your going through a mildly busy, icy slush filled intersection over the speed limit YOUR GONNA HAVE A BAD TIME.

Defensive driving is all about looking at would COULD happen, what might occur, and not expecting everyone else on the road to be a perfect driver. Obviously the speeding guy didn't think this was important and payed the price for it.

Ok so he was going fast big deal he wasn't putting anyone else in danger by going straight. You think him going fast would make her think twice before he decided she would just cut off traffic but nope stupid is as stupid does.
User avatar #13 to #11 - heromann (04/10/2012) [-]
In the end the only thing that we can know for certain is that she is at fault. We cant determine the road conditions 100%, we cant determine if he was speeding 100%, ect. The only one you can truly say is at fault by this video is the woman.
#16 to #13 - Guitarmanharris (04/11/2012) [-]
Judging by the angle/speed of her vehicle it's possible she'd been shunted from behind, forcing her into the path of the vehicle, so we can't really comment on any of this

Also welshhobo has a point, if you look at the time at which the faster driver reacts (the point at which the vehicle twitches), he obviously had fast enough reactions but had miss judged the road conditions. Speed + poor grip = he couldn't recorrect his path in time to avoid a collision, if he was travelling slower, more appropriate to the conditions he would have more control and been able to change his path easier.
