I don't get why people hate mongo, I've been skating street and Downhill for 6 years. It just felt right for me. It's kind of like making fun of someone for riding goofy. makes me sad.

correct me if im wrong because i havent skated in a couple months.....but to skateboard going fakie, wouldnt you need to push off mongo?

if you' were like coming off a quarter pipe and into fakie, you can push either way, but people generally teand to push with their normal foot but in the opposite direction, so if they push regular, in fakie they would push mongo, if they kept the same foot
