more like this guy is a fuckin idiot. he walked around state roads with a camera and a handgun. no shit a cops gonna want to talk to him. sketchy as fuck through the whole video.

he knows civilian laws, but he doesnt know the cops rights, or what hes allowed to do within his job duty. anyone whos a cop or from a police family watching this think this guy is just the biggest asshole ever. why go up and bother a cop just so you can push the limits of what your "legally" allowed to do. what the cop should have done is detained him at the scene, instead of letting him walk away the first time.
