I will not say that there were not gays in greece ... BUT DONT YOU DARE
SAY WE PROMOTED THEM .
Homosexuality was considered a crime ,
anyone that went "out of the closet" publicaly would be executed .
The ones that were known (yet have not gone out publicaly) would not be
allowed to aproach schools , gymnasius or werever kids could be present .
(Meaning they had the right to do what ever they **** they wanted inside their lifes ,
but once you go out in public and promote it , you are dead )
The only reason there is potery of gay guys and **** , was because
potery art was like the gossip tv shows of the time , also any rich gay guy
could order what ever the **** he wanted made .
This law was present in most known cities , not just Athens and Sparta .
