When you open the Fallout 3 launcher go to Data Files and make sure they're activated

do you mean the winrar files?
by the why some didn't show up when i did the launcher data files. and on the pic you can see that some mods are working while some are not but it still says it is.

Some mods will conflict with each other and just simply not function.

Is your FO3 fully updated?
Also, inside the winrar files are .esp files, you put those in your data folder for a manual installation.

i recently downloaded the mod manager so i assume its updated, if not i guess i should find that update. and these .esp file? do i simply put them in my fallout data file? is that it?

It could be just the mod not working, but I'm not sure.
Have you tried placing the files in the Fallout data folder?
Also, I see that nude mod.

im not ashamed of that nude mod, whats a little fallout without some nudity.
