I was pretty satisfied with the ending, and unlike most games, DLC won't be necessary for me to enjoy the game further.

I'm going to guess the DLC will add some sort of new game mode, kind of like what Dishonored did.

the DLC is single player content, also like Dishonored.

But if they try and add on to the story, it will be a flop in my opinion, especially if you play as Booker.

I don't think they are doing that. reports say that they are doing motion capture for a new character. I think the best bet for them is to make a new story in order make up for the main game. to be honest I wish they focused more on the Columbia instead of stupid shit like ghosts. welp we figure out tommorow

Didn't buy it, because it doesn't make sense to buy it before you know what's coming out.
Will be interesting to see what they're doing with DLC, as the only enjoyable part of Infinite was skyriding and the story.

I actually have high expectations. Minervas Den was the 10 dollar DLC for the previous game and it was amazing.

Bioshock 2 was completely unnecessary in my opinion

Never got DLC for Bioshock. Then again, only ever played the first one and jumped directly into Bioshock Infinite. Gameplaywise I don't think there's much they can do with it to improve, because the base combat is so tedious and boring and it just turns into a shooting gallery for me with a nice background.
Best story ever told in a video game for me though, but it could have worked just as well in a book or movie because it's so uninteractive and static. The entire moral of the story is that nothing you do will change the outcome in any real way- a very ungamy proposition for the story. If they wanted to incorporate story and gameplay seamlessly they should add the ability to go between dimensions yourself and altering events based on your own free will. If the DLC manages that, I'm intruigued.

That's a really cool idea. it further establishes the whole Infinite thing. It was probably discussed but eventual scrapped due to it being to ambitious. to be honest the whole allure of the shock series for me was the incredible setting. I wish or hope now they focus on the damn city and it's people.
