>Expecting a game that was originally released as an xbla title to be longer than 3 hours
The game looked bad to being with

Well, I didnt know it was a xbla game, and why did it look bad to begin with for you?
User avatar #592403 to #592400 - sharondasilva (07/25/2013) [-]
The first time I saw it, it didn't seem like the story had any direction, it seemed just like any random platformer
Everything in the background was in color or it had some color while you and everything within your path was most of the time really dark with almost no color or just black, and the fact they made the zombies black most of the time also, it was more less like Alan Wake all over again except the monsters in AW were just possesed
There wasn't many unique levels, its always outside a city/town, inside a city/town or inside a house/building
The overall game wasn't very original

You are right, but if it wouldnt be so dark it would be kind of confusing. The story really goes nowhere, you dont get to know the characters so you dont give a fuck when they die, and this whole UGHH MY WIFE AND KID ARE DEAD HNGGGG is lame and kind of reminds me of Max Payne, where it was a bit more subtle and better executed.
So, the game in general is very unoriginal, you are right, but it somehow still kept my attention. Decent at best.

the 6.5 you gave would really be the best I would give also, in my opinion, platformers shouldn't mix at all with serious storylines like a zombie story would have, all good platformers are the most abstract and random ones, like Rayman and Super Meat Boy

Yeah, the seriousness is kind of bullshit. I mean, there are so many plotholes and stuff that doesnt make sense. "Oh no, a fire is blocking my path" Then why dont you just go around it dumbass?
