Well I had a lot of fun playing it, although it is kind of "childish". Don't really know what you want me to tell you

Seriously though, I'd advise you to just watch some gameplay footage. Some people hate the game, others love it. If you really enjoy creating things it's a great game because you can really create a lot of different stuff, the level of customization is incredible.
Some of the stages, such as the tribe stage, aren't that great (not saying it sucks), but once you go to space it's mostly great.
But yeah, watch some gameplay from the different stages and see if it looks like something you'd like.

If theres one thing I heard was mixed reviews, that and its innovative. But other than that, and the depth in creation, I just never really gave it much attention. Just one of the games that just flew by me.

It was really mixed, as I said, some people love it, others hate it. But I think that's the deal with most innovative games today.
