Dear god this game is hard. I mean, if you want to be stealthy. I am also playing on the 2nd hardest difficulty, I finally got inside the building on the first level, and a got seen by a camera in the corner, set off an alarm, and then got the shit shot outta of me.

It took me like 20 minutes to sneak around everyone and finally get inside *_*

By the way, the line of site of the enemies is terrible, if you creep up beside them you can literally stand right beside them and they will never know you were there.
