i warn you, i will stop helping midway if this becomes too tiring.
So the first thing you have to know is that if you have a laptop, chances are you're fucked, since 9/10 laptops have integrated chipsets and can't change graphics cards. If you have a laptop, look up your computer model on the Internet and check if you can change graphics cards and other components by seeing if the laptop's got an integrated chipset.
If you don't however have a laptop, I suggest you go to VideoBenchMark (.net) and compare your graphics card to get a better view of what you have. You can look up model names you might want and that are within your price range.
However, i suggest you also check to enlarge your RAM (i would guess you got 2 to 4 RAM if you're lucky) and maybe get a better GPU since yours could maybe not keep up with a higher-end graphics card.
I suggest you also

Looking at the Radeon HD 5670 from that site you recommended. It is the cheapest I can find that sounds like it works, (only 70 USD.) But now my question is, am I looking in the right area?
Link: (Damn it all if I get a 'URL Deleted').

Sorry for my afk, I got called to do shit. Anyways, since you say you have money and want a nice graphics card, try a nVidia GeForce GTX 480. It's around $180~$300 depending on where you buy it and which manufacturer you choose.
