Red Dead Redemption at the end, ME3 when Mordin died, the good Bioshock ending, Fallout 3 when Liberty Prime dies. That lats one was probably the worst. I cried for ages.

Batman: Arkham city, when the joker died.

Fallout 3 when I found out that Billy Creel or whatever his name is took care of a little girl after her parents got killed by raiders. Nothing makes me feel harder than things like that.

Billy was probably born and raised in the eastern parts of the Capital Wasteland, growing up scavenging the wastes, before he was picked up by the caravans. He protected the caravans until he found Maggie, whose family had been killed by raiders. He then took Maggie with him to Megaton. Upon arrival, he helped fend off a raider attack, and as a reward he was given the house of one of the citizens that was killed in the attack.

Colin Moriarty, on the other hand, has his own thoughts on Billy Creel. According to what can be found on his terminal, he suspects Billy Creel killed Maggie's parents himself, and kept the girl as a "trophy". However, this is probably false, given that Billy drops an ear rather than a finger (as an evil character would). A more logical explanation is that Colin, being inherently greedy and selfish himself, cannot understand a selfless act like adopting an orphaned child. Moriarty also describes him as a "Nuka-cola swilling prick", which suggests that Billy doesn't drink alcohol.

I like to think it's true... It would add a lot of character to him I think...
