i know this comment anit about games but bare with me my laptop has been randomly
freezeing my internet connection is not to blame because the whole laptop freezes

I'm not too tech savvy, but I know a few basics. You could try defragmenting your hard drive, though I'm pretty sure it's probably just your web browser...what do you use, Internet Explorer?

I had problems with Chrome on my laptop (works just fine on my desktop), you could try switching to Firefox or something. Also, you could try a registry cleaner (CCleaner works good and it's free). Also, a virus scan couldn't hurt...Malwarebytes is a good free one.
