I don't remember the first, but I can briefly talk about a few of the earliest games I remember.

I had this one construction game where you had some sort of peripheral device that looked like a construction vehicle and you had to do stuff.

I played Freddie Fish and I think Pajama Sam.

My Dad has a genesis so I would play Sonic/Altered Beast/Double Dragon.

No, I think it was a Tonka game. I did play a Lego game where you could build just about anything though.

Putt Putt goes to an illegal fire works factory and magically ends up on the moon and gets to talk to aliens.

yes pajama sam mothafucka, and mine was toy story the video game. I never could beat it though. I'd get to the very end and that bitch zurg would hover over the edge and i couldn't melee him and figure out how to beat him.
