Sometimes it takes a really really long time for them to start up in the actual game and give you the popup.
just keep playing through the main game until they popup or just leave it on and find something else to do and check it later.
I Panicked and got really pissed when point lookout never loaded for me even though i had it and eventually it just popped up and surprised me :D

Oh and if thta doesnt work try downloading them again
