Considering the fact the Xbox 360 plays games at 720p and medium-low settings on games, what specs do you think it would have if it were a cmputer?

I think
cpu: some bland duel core
gpu: HD7750
ram: 2 gigs?

Games for the 360 are scaled down so much that it seems like it's on par with pc but it's not.

It doesn't work like that... at all. A computer with 360's specs wouldn't even be able to start most games today. By the way the "settings" are never low, mostly medium.
