I can't see myself paying more than $20 for a counter-strike game, however, if CS:GO supports maps like surf, gun game, and other minigame maps like that I will surely buy it.

I can't really tell much about it, but I'm sure that something will come along eventually. Valve has already said that custom maps should be able to be made for the final release, so I see no reason why surf servers wouldn't work.

You got GO beta? Damn, I have been waiting since the first day I could fill out the survey. Still don't have it. I did get Dota 2 though so I can wait for a little while. Are the gun mechanics still good? Like recoil and spread?

It's pretty decent actually. The guns feel a bit inaccurate compared to 1.6 (for me at least), but all-in-all, I'm OK with it. Oh and one more thing, don't use the default crosshair on it. It's crap and doesn't even compare to the classic one.
