did alchemy in skyrim get nerfed recently? i used to be able to make 30% enchanting boosts, but now with the same gear i can only make 14% boosts.

Alot of skills got nerfed because of exploits to leveling the skills to 99 in a short amount of time.

they didnt fix it very well then lol, fortify health potions still give you the same exp. ty though
