I think BL2 will win a GOTY, just for the amount of feels BL1 players will get from it.

Something else will most likely get GOTY. Probably Black Ops 2. All of the COD games are really fleshed out and have really great stories and character arcs in my opinion, and the online and gameplay is always different

Quite a lot of games get GOTY. Pretty sure more than one game per year gets one.

I think BL2 will get one, but I could be wrong. BL1 got one but BL2 is millions of times better.

Yeah, I agree. CoD games are alright. I'm not a fan of the competitive multiplayer, but the co-op is nice.

I never liked the first Borderlands in the first lace, so why would I care about his bird?

For it to be sad you have to play the first Borderlands and understand the bond.

I was on 2p with my friend who hadn't played Borderlands when I killed Bloodwing, nearly raged when she said "Lol, fuck the bird, time for the next quest."

I've played and beaten the first borderlands, just for the achievements. I'd be the same as your friend.

I set out for the achievements, then loved it.

She was annoying at every point.

See, Mordecai was really the only useful one out of them all so I was sad about him almost dying.

Sure, Roland was a useless prick in this one, but he was the one I mainly played as in BL1.

I never will.

That isn't the only thing and I'm into the story a lot so things like that matter to me.

I didn't cry at all at Katawa...I did like it and I was sad at some points, but I never shed a tear...
