Currently downloading Team Fortress 2 at 40 kbp/s
Dunno what the fuck is wrong, just last week I was getting 14 mbp/s on Steam downloads.

dude i've been having a similar issue. my old router got fried in a thunder storm and when we got it replaced, it's supposedly "stronger" thus making the internet faster but all it's been doing is slower my downloads and randomly lagging when ever i just browse the internet. fuck time warner

If a file is 10mb and you're downloading at 1mb per second, you'll get the file in 10 seconds. They're just sizes.

uTorrent never goes above 3 mbp/s,
and Chrome never goes higher than 1 mbp/s.
