Their primary profit is bandwagons and whoever pays them the most.
When they make lists, their goal isn't to validate what was the best, just what was the most nostalgic to get people to frolic over, even if it the game is so out of place.

They get money and then games get good numbers...

Kingdom Hearts series, Left 4 dead 2, Fable series, Minecraft, Binding of Isaac, Oblivion, Skyrim, Mass Effect series, Portal series, Civilization 5, Katawa Shoujo, Really Big Sky, Solar 2, Stronghold 2, Limbo, Blacklight Retribution, Okami, Odin Sphere, Quake Live, Bastion, Arma 2: CO.

Buy any of these you don't have, you'll have a good time.

I made the mistake of buying and completeing mass effect 3 before playing any of the others. Are they just as good? And I thought the left for deads were a little to basic. Like boring idk it's just me

left 4 dead 2 is fun with friends, especially versus mode. Mass effect 2 is the best, 3 is okay, 1 is the worst but still great.

instead of looking at an all time list, look for best 360/best action/adventure/best of 2010

Usually those lists are really just game changers.
