Dates and weather are rainemeter man. Its pretty cool but it hogs up some of your computers memory usage.

The wallpaper has a weather and dates thing that comes along with it but they're both fitted to look like portal. Basically, it's integrated with it.

Yeah, Cygnus is right. There is almost no way a desktop background could have changeable material. It's rainmeter.

That sounds like a Rainmeter Theme, it's not part of the wallpaper.
