I got a laptop from Bright House and from the start it kept fucking up and every time i sent it to them to get fixed ( most of them being computer based problems) they kept sending it back saying "FIXED" but it broke 3 days later anyway . Now i have told them i want a new one (even they said if it gets sent in 3 times a new one will be given) now they don't have my laptop in stock and they plan on giving me a different laptop , which isn't bothering me as much but i do have one question to ask you guys...
If they give me a laptop worse than my laptop i had ( e.g price , specs ) is it legal??

herecomesjohnny ONLINE (08/09/2012) [-] Don't you have a warranty for reimbursment? They have to either give you that model or give you your money back, making deals might be legal idk but you're losing at it
