anon (03/26/2015) [-] It's weird, but it works. Personally the way I practiced talking with people is I just shut off the part of my brain that is telling me to freak out. I just pretend it is some sort of alternate reality and I'm not there (dissociation).  The same way faking a hiccup-then getting one and being happier simply from smiling works.. Your brain is a superhero! I learned about this as "mindfullness" and it helped me off the meds and to beat a depression that I previously saw no way out of, just by telling myself posetive things in the mirror and thinking posetive thoughts. thoughts I forced on myself, as I did not feel this way back then. Now I do, for real, almost all the time. Even when it gets bad I can still manage to see a posetive side. | ||

Chances are it is a tube filled with methane gas condensed in liquid nitrogen then lit on fire as it starts to boil at room temperature. Then the liquid is thrown across the ground while on fire and boils quickly against the warmer ground.  Couldn't say for sure but I would guess that he poured a small amount of denser than air combustible gas and allowed it the spread out throughout the room. Lit it, the gas ignites and then burns out harmlessly. #31 -
