To be fair, its kinda difficult when the healty cells and the cancer cells are so similar that even the immune system can't tell the difference.

Because that would stain the normal cells too.
Sometimes the only difference between cancer cells and normal cells is their growth rate.

to be fair, our immune system is stupid as fuck and it is just going to decline as time passes on. Allergies pretty much means your own immune system is attacking you and wants you dead. These abnormalities and mutations are kept in check by modern interventions but the genes that causes it are still in the person.

Pretty much unless we continue to quickly develop new treatments, it is a race against time to keep us humans alive. Either that or we need Hitler back to do some genetic cleansing

Actually, our immune system is very strong by mammal standards (mostly because we spent centuries litterally walking around in or own feces until city sewers became commonplace). Allergies are mostly an enviromental factor. A baby born on a farm an exposed to dirt, pollen, nuts etc. early on is far less likely to develop allergies than the exact same baby born in a city.

I agree with you that modern medicine allows genetic defects to thrive, but a hitler style genetic cleansing would not work, as the immune system is dependent on genetic diversity.

saying our immune system is strong compared to other mammals does shit all when faced with the facts that allergies are increasing and and our immune system are getting worse. And the chances of developing allergies are inheritable and the severity of it is also increasing with each generation.

and btw, sterilizing people with unrecoverable genetic defects over all races won't diminish genetic variation at all. Unless you are counting the genetic combinations that will kill you - which are exactly the ones we are taking out.

Our immune system is not getting worse, most types of allergies are a symptom of an under-stimulated immune system because we are too clean. Though sterelizing people with genetic defects, including those with allergies that are provably genetic, is something we should have started doing decades ago...
