What I meant is you use it to go on funnyjunk bro. Use that fucking power to launch bombs or space missiles! I wanted a $1500 build because that's pretty much how expensive a true top of the line gaming computer would cost. Plus, it's how much my computer was.

What makes you assume I would spend so much money on a computer only to browse the internet? I play 3 different MMO games, and I have 150 titles on steam and I add a new game every other week. my computer is used to play games in 4k, why on earth would I use it to run my own space program? I work 12 hour days 14 days straight, then I get 14 days off, of those 14 days off I spend 100-160 hours playing games.

Funny story about the T-34-85. The gun on it, the ZiS-S-53, was basically a direct response to the Tiger I, because the 76.2mm gun that the T-34 had been equipped with prior to it (The L-11 from 1938-1940 and the F-34 from 1941-1943) had trouble penetrating the Tiger I frontally at any decent range. The Soviet Union's stopgap measure, to get the 85mm gun onto the field to fight the Tigers, was the SU-85, which was produced until the T-34's turret could be modified to accomodate the 85mm gun.

I am personally a much more avid fan of the German hardware, but I can appreciate a good Soviet tank when I see one.

The 8.8cm KwK 36 L/56 is indisputably the most famous tank gun of WWII, though, and that was mounted on the Tiger I, and earlier versions of the Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf.B Tiger (Tiger II)

I've always like the T-34 line. Had a model of one years ago(it went missing when I had to move to a new place). it was the 1/25 scaled T-34/85 from Tamiya. I plan on getting a bunch of tank models once I have bought my house. going to make a room where one wall is lined with tanks/planes from WWII. the other is going to be lined with gundams.

User avatar #40 - zerosonaku (02/06/2015) [-]
waste money? dude this was a full upgrade from an older computer, everything other than a 3TB HDD is new. nothing in this computer is waste I assure you. The most expensive thing at the time was the 500GB SSD which was $450 at the time. An Intel I7 4790k and GTx 780ti in a bundle deal ran me up $1000. everything else was under $500

Close, but no cigar. The BM series of Rocket Artillery, including the WWII BM-13, and the Cold-War BM-27 pictured below, (which are similar to the American M270 MLRS,) are all broadly referred to as the "Katyusha multiple rocket launchers," or "Katyusha rocket launchers."
