those rules don't apply to an alpine slide. If everyone is on the same track going
20 miles per hour and one person decides to stop in the middle for stupid shit

She was not behind a corner. He had perfectly clear sight and still way over 100 meters between them and he recklessly rammed her.
And he didn't learn from his frist mistake and did it again.
