Doing cardio doesn't eat muscle unless you run 8 miles a day.

Running a mile or two every other day will only make you leaner and healthier.

cardio will make you healthier, it'll improve your exercise tolerance and it'll decrease your risk of heart disease. It doesn't have to eat your muscle if you take some simple precautions like keeping strength and cardio workouts separate and never doing cardio on an empty stomach.

Isopure, it's pretty good stuff. use about a scoop and a half of it and you're good to go.
