OK so you actually donate, but you don't have to diss him just because he chooses to donate to monasteries.

Dude the church might be have many mistakes, but they DO ACTUALLY do a lot of charity work, most of it on very needy countries.

Yes some of the charity money is to construct and maintain churches but most of it is to fuel missions and send help and supplies.
