And yeahally get you too, like a few years back I had to pretty much force myself to be social and it took a lot of hard work...but the only way I could overcoit was by throwing myself in the deep end, after being such a loner in school, when I went on to College I thought "fuck it, new people, new start" and I started to introduce myself to people. Through doing that I met my first love. (were not together anymore but still)

And before I say this - it's NEVER a competition. Everyone has right to feel bad, all i'm saying is there is different levels.
I personally reached a level, where I was scared to go outside. I stopped eating, lost a shit ton of weight (so turned out underweight), stopped cleaning myself...it was like being trapped in a nightmare.
You're right, feeling down and going out can help a lot. And good for you for fighting it.
But depression tends to feed off itself. So I guess due to circumstances in each individual's life, sometimes you fall apart so quick it's like being sucked into quick sand. And the more you let it consume you, the more you stop struggling and give up.
I had a lotreasons why I gave up. Right now, i'm at my mums house and i've been eating again, etc.
but yeah I dont ever wanna go back to that place.

Woah dude, i actualy kind of understand you, i was scared to go outside and felt volnurable every time i did, but it never got to the level you did, i hope you'll feel alot better dude.

i suffered from depression too and had really enough of my family, still got out there and i feel alot better after taking a break from my shit sceduel.
