Before I go any further, there's also a bump in how I should shade and lighten the hair. There's a lot of ways to do this. It's really however. (second one is obviously sloppy, but would be somewhat better)
I looked over the suggestions you gave but after messing with it a bit, the bits look better as I have them than if I tried to make them different. I'm not THAT good :P I can only do so much.

This is it so far before I gotta go to work.
After this is shading and producing the background (for this comic I was thinking of doing a different fade color per panel, similar to how I did the background for this one: You need to login to view this link ) Shading and lightening would be similar to this as well, since they're made on the same program.

I made the style of their dialogue different for each character (or attempted too, at least) Make sure it's legible and you can read it :P
