It's fine man, nothing creepy about asking about music genres, I do enjoy me some MM, but the main kind of music I've been gravitating towards nowadays is the classic thrash metal, The Big 4, Motorhead, Flotsam and Jetsam, those kind of things, but my favorite genre that I've held dear for so long was the punk/ grunge and alternative rock of the 90's, chiefly Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Black Flag, The Germs, RHCP, Bad Religion. What kind o' music have you been into?

I'm into older Punk and Classic Rock, but I honestly get into some of the newer Metal/ Alternative. The Clash, Ramones, The Replacements, Nirvana, My Chemical Romance, Iggy Pop, Mindless Self Indulgence, MM, etc...

Favorite band is Green Day, but I'm incredibly dissapointed in their new stuff. I prefer Nimrod and Insomniac to American Idiot.

As for a favorite band that has to go to Nirvana, but my favorite songs and albums fluxuate quite largely in time, like right now my favorite song for the time being has to be "Judas Priest" by Anthrax, one of their newer pieces, but like 2 friggin weeks ago it probably would go to "Hammerhead" by Flotsam and Jetsam.
My alltime favorite album is Stranger Than Fiction by Bad Religion, there wasn't a song on there I didn't like.

I barely know anyone that knows about them. And yes, Green Day's new new album that came out a... Day ago? Two days ago? Is awful.

That is a pretty excellent picks for your first albums though, my first albums were Nevermind by Nirvana, Blizzard of Ozz by ozzy osbourne and a crappy "greatest hits" of Stevie Ray Vaughn that skipped all the time. It really sucks what happened to Green Day though, they were amazing on those albums, I didn't mind American idiot, needless to say Dookie was still superior, but they just lost it. And I love me MSI, I found them a few years back when my friend had gotten me into this band called Psyclon 9, I have no idea how one came from the other, but either way it got me into MSI.
