But sitting over long periods of time will fuck up your spine. standing correctly will strengther your posterior chain and hip flexors. Humans were created to use their core throughout the entire day as we didnt have chairs 200 000 years ago.

Have you ever stood up without the chance to sit down all day at work for years?

It fucks up your knees.

no movement* fucks up your knees. doesnt matter if standing, sitting or lying. but simply by not bending your knees frequently by activities like walking around, will fuck up your knees.

There's actually a psychological phenomenon I forgot the name off about this. A lot of people with few social interactions (often with friends or dates) are very anxious to be accepted or seem interesting that they get boring and thus end up with less social interactions. And so the circle continues.

I don't remember what you should do to combat your boringness in friend groups, but I do remember some tips for 1 on 1 situations. The start might be a bit different depending on how talkative the other person is, but that's a whole other kind of psychological thing. You want to let the other person talk a bit more than you. Also be real. Don't force in things to make you seem interested. No one cares about your llama riding experience in Timbuktu or your weird interest in fish. If it actually _is_ relevant, then sure, but even then don't go rambling on too much.

This is all for conversations, of course. Didn't read about anything else. As a TL;DR: Trying too much to seem interesting makes you just the opposite. You are much more interesting when you dare sing Rocket Man, or whatever on Karaoke night at a bar, rather than showing how unique you are that walk 500 miles to see a peculiar bird.
