If I can get to the build on the left, I'll be happy. I'm trying to get that bulky look for a character role. What are some core and chest exercises you'd recommend?

Low reps, high weight. Bulkier builds are attained through that kind of weight training and consuming LOTS of protein man. In terms of specific exercises for chest, use the chest day on this site: www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/vts-complete-venom-training-system

you actually have a good bodybuilder material body.
I'd go for it.
most people simply don't have the frame, though they become very muscular.

Yeah I'm extremely lucky to have my body type. Building muscle is extremely easy to me, though cutting fat is pretty hard. But I also eat shitty, so I can't complain much.

I tried to start a business around it. I was gonna turn it into a sick video series and 12 week program and I might do that somewhere down the line but it's not at all a requirement, just on the old ta do list. Wouldn't be hard to do it after I commission worth the money I'll be making.

It was a how-to exercise book I wrote right before I joined the military. I thought I was gonna fuckin die before I joined so I poured all my knowledge and expertise into a book. My fictional writings, my nonfiction writings, everything. It ended up a jumbled mess of every piece of knowledge I'd gained up until that point. Think "To Grad From Dad" by Dan John, but with more fictional writing and not as well written. It was a horribly jumbled up misspelled complete shit book but I wrote it at age 19 and the basic concepts within led to 13 people joining the military, a jump in APFT points of 20 points per person who read it (and implemented) and over 100 per person I personally trained, and every single client I had got the results they wanted.

It was an ebook on megaupload but it's all fucked now. The website and link is down. I have a print copy at home but I'd have to take pictures of one page at a time or completely rewrite it one word at a time- it was 114 pages, both sides. I think I published it on Lulu but I wouldn't be able to find it to save my life.
