I wonder why companies don't realize that if they released a complete game they'd likely make more money off of the larger sales of the game rather than the initial sales, and the dlc sales. You know, if you just make a good game instead of leaching off the current fanbase you'd probably be better off.

I'm not talking about all stars, I'm just talking about in general.

But see, that's one of the problems with all-stars. Nowadays, in order to make the game feel complete, companies need to release DLC, which not only disrupts a lot of progress playing the game waiting for those DLC but it also makes the initial game feel incomplete.

Whenever Nintendo releases a game, it is absolutely complete and usually filled to the brim with content.
But that's just my opinion. If you like the game that's all cool with me.

The DLC was free. Also PSABR had a roster of 20 compared to SSBB with 35. 6 of which were clones, so lets lower that to 29. Then realise that PSABR is a first entry, compared to SSBB as a third. Next factor in the fact that each character feels so much more different than in SSBB. It has better game feel. Characters control like they do in their games. Moving around as ratchet or kratos feels so natural when you've played their games beforehand. Also, each character has a bigger move pool and more combos.


Yeah, SSBB has more characters, but there is more detail in the characters in PSABR, and the DLC is free. I love both games, but psabr is unfairly hated.

Dude... What the hell are you talking about? I didn't mention any similarities or differences between the SSB franchise and PSABR. All I said is that one of the problems of Playstation All-Stars that I feel are prevalent is the fact that it doesn't feel complete. If this was intentional, then that's fine, but it looks like they are going to add DLC to it, then that's a problem to me.

A game needs to be done to the point where the gamer doesn't have the need to get DLC in order to play a full game.

there wont be another one. the company has seperated from sony. it had potential but the way the did it didnt work. i beat the entire game spamming one button. the real issue is that sony sold off all of their all stars. spyro and crash would have been good to put in but someone who was sony all the way up till the ps3 cant recognize half of the characters theres an issue

what's wrong with macs besides the fact that they are "expensive" and you cant play few pc games. they're amazing machines and much more innovative in my opinion.
